We repair all major brands of central air conditioners, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits. For new systems we are Daikin specialists, and we also install Ruud.

No. We work on straight-cool air conditioners and heat pumps, which is what most South Florida homes have. We don't service gas furnaces or other gas equipment.

It depends on the age and condition of the system and on the repair. As a rule of thumb, when a system is more than 10 years old and the repair costs more than half the price of a new one, replacing it usually makes more sense. We lay out both options side by side and you decide.

It is our maintenance plan. You choose Bronze (two visits a year), Gold (every quarter) or Platinum (every month). Every plan includes our Swift 21-Point Precision Inspection, priority scheduling, member discounts on repairs, a waived diagnostic fee during business hours, a yearly loyalty credit and a membership that transfers if you sell your home.
