  • Manufacturer warranties apply to products and systems installed by our certified technicians.

  • Labor and installation warranties are provided as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Payments

  • Payments for services are due as outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

  • We accept standard payment methods as listed on our website or discussed during service.

  • Late payments may be subject to fees or interest as indicated in your service agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information for service scheduling, billing, and property access.

  • Any necessary permits, approvals, or access requirements must be obtained by the customer before service begins.

  • Customers agree to provide a safe work environment for technicians.

6. Liability

Swift Air Conditioning LLC is not liable for damages resulting from:

    • Pre-existing conditions or damage outside of our service scope.

    • Our liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
